TUT: update tutorials

- adjust tutorial headers to refer to the repository location.
- no copyright for tutorial settings

- test parallel execution. Using an alternative decomposeParDict
  now works, but redistributePar still now working for faMesh.

- NOTE: pMesh with 64-bit label-size appears to fail
