Clang++ thinks that construction of object through tmp assignment is
ambiguous. Yet construction from tmp is OK.

register storage class is deprecated in C++11 (and AFAIK it is in
general ignored by gcc and clang).

When building on OS X with foam-extend inclusion of Time.H header leads
to compilation error.

Commenting out unused parameters to get rid of warnings.

Revealed as assign to self warning.
