- canonical parameter name changed from "minMedianAxisAngle" to
  "minMedialAxisAngle" (DEC-2013), but was never previously reported
  as having changed.

- improve doxygen entries for searchable surfaces.

- support selection of searchable surfaces with shorter names.
  Eg,
      type   box | cylinder | ...;
  vs  type   searchableBox | searchableCylinder | ...;

XiDyMFoam               : compressible version of XiFoam
oscillatingCylinder     : 2D case with cylinder moving up and down
annularCombustorTurbine : part of 3D combuster using cyclicPeriodicAMI
