fvOption reports selected set of cells even if it does not change (mesh motion only)

Tiny issue: mesh motion cases (so no topo change) still report the selected cells even if this does not change. Attached possible fix.

Suppress the remaining output ('selected XXX cells with volume YYY') if the volume does not change? What is 'not change'? - there will be truncation errors even when the mesh does solid body motion. Maybe if to within write precision no change do not output.
