Fixed in 61cc818a

straightDuctImplicit : differs because of surfaceFeatureExtract. Works with extendedFeatureEdgeMesh from v1612+.

Attached the extendedFeatureEdgeMeshes for both versions. They differ around the 'normal volume types' section.

surfaceFeatureExtract.C: Was using surfBaffleRegions[patchi] = true;

instead of

            surfBaffleRegions[indices[patchi]] = true;
