COMP: 64 bit LABEL SIZE fails with segmentation fault

The compiled binaries fail with "segmentation fault" error.

• valgrind shows error in HashTable
• invalid read of size 8
• so this is either a 64 bit label or a pointer
• sometimes when HashTable<FixedList (blockMesh), sometimes when HashTable<entry* > (foamList)
• looked at diffs with v1612+ - change of maxTableSize calculation
• added printing of maxTableSize calculation
• turned out use of integer instead of long
