createZeroDictionary with volume flow rate

https://develop.openfoam.com/Development/OpenFOAM-plus/blob/develop/etc/caseDicts/createZeroDirectoryTemplates/boundaryConditions/fluid/incompressible/inletOptions

If you have a look at the source code of createZeroDictionary (see above), it requires volumeFlowRate instead of volumetrictFlowRate. Could you fix it?
