[BUG]: incompatible files (motorBike case)

Tried dev-OpenCFD.develop files into dev.master, but even after few manual changes, case fails.

U is very high, and you're not relaxing the pressure

Case is borrowed directly from $FOAM_TUTORIALS/incompressible/simpleFoam/motorBike These differences appear in dev.master and dev-OpenCFD.develop!

Looks like this change was made by the Foundation - the tutorial now uses the SIMPLEC algorithm for which the under relaxation factors are different. We'll investigate the failure...

This is running for me now on the develop branch - can you confirm?

The case from develop branch was running fine. It was issue when these files are tested under our old dev.

Retested the files from dev (with and without simplec, i.e. old and new fvSolution files) into our release candidate branch. It worked.
