Missing info in header file

    File: velocityDampingConstraint.H. selectionMode is missing from the header file information, and it is required by the solver, otherwise it will crash. User should set it, like in "selectionMode all;"

          @andy There is inconsistency in specification. Few of the sources have such entry and others are missing.

          • if compulsory for all, we can provide common reference in doc or reference to cellSetOption?
