AMIInterpolation uses non-assigned magSf in parallel

One possible solution is to only override the actual faces being used:

AMIInterpolation.C

This seems to work ok.

Q:

• use patch[facei].centre()
• or the cached value patch.faceCentres()[facei]

Thanks - added some code via commit e93a3b43 - did not want to calculate the areas unless we need to (only required for the partialFaceAreaWeight method. Also the direct and mapNearest methods operate differently.
