CGAL build includes unneed imageIO

Adds in a possible OpenGL dependency that is not necessary for our purposes. Build issue reported on kubuntu-14.04 (https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/openfoam-installation/183002-problems-installing-of4-1-kubuntu-14-04-a.html)
