ENH: Mesa- with - llvm

In order to compile mesa with llvm (when using gcc), following works makeMesa.example

we need

• llvm config enviroment
• mesa compilation in lib64 (presently seem to do in lib for centos7.1)

Updated, but without the myriad of extra options in your old example file. Please see which (if any) are needed for you to compile mesa.
