No Iterations for U and p in tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam/turbineSiting

****I just run the case from OpenFOAM-v1806/tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam/turbineSiting. There is a problem about sloving the UEqn and pEqn. Log as shown below, Initial residual,Final residual amd No Iterations are always 0. I think this results from the ABL boundary condition, becasue there are no problems from other cases under tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam. ****
