ENH: abort functionObject

instead of action specified in FO details, can abort FO be updated to read the "action=" specified inside the trigger file?

There was already a tutorial setup, but added to squareBendLiq, which runs long enough to test out the behaviour (serial and parallel).

Some sample output:

USER REQUESTED ABORT (timeIndex=11): stop after next data write

Or else

USER REQUESTED ABORT (timeIndex=34): stop and write data
