DOCU: correct the angle input to deg

src/mesh/extrudeModel/sector/sector.H lists the angle in rad. Please correct this to deg

Fixing up the docs and noticed that the input for derived classes may cause minor surprises. Eg, if we select type wedge it actually uses sectorCoeffs, since that it what it inherits from.

Yes, also it might be good to put example of 'sector', which can use nLayers > 1

There is 'cyclicSector' as well!
