Documentation/BUG: Volume point smoothing

Is it possible to have nSmoothInternal > nSmoothPatch? Documentation says it can't. But present version can allow this.

Please fix either of these! :)

Although the contradiction seems to arise from https://www.openfoam.com/releases/openfoam-v3.0+/meshing.php

The ticket might be closed, IMHO.
