BUG: no regression in tutorials using potentialFoam due to the lack of -writephi

New writephi option of potentialFoam was default in previous versions (<= 1906).

The lack of new option throughout tutorials will lead to different results from tutorials.

Adding -writephi option into the Allrun scripts where potentialFoam is present could be the solution.
