Mesh Conversion - maximum mesh size for ccmToFoam and ccm26ToFoam

Hello,

There appears to be a limit to the mesh size that can be successfully converted using the mesh conversion utilities, 'ccmToFoam' and 'ccm26ToFoam'.

I can provide both working and failing test cases.

Would you be interested in collaborating to improve and update the utility?
