foamToEnsight lagrangian fails in parallel

• as noted in EP1406 (@Prashant), converting Lagrangian fields in parallel fails for some simulations. Converting to VTK works without issue.

Tracked issue down to the insertion order of cloud fields. Need to iterate in sorted order.

Note that the same code seems to have been ok for 1906 and earlier. Could be related to HashTable changes.
