orientation information in blockMesh VTK output

comment raised via linkedIn, where the person seemed to have incorrectly oriented their blocks and was very confused that the three grid parameters did not correspond to global x/y/z.

Fairly easy to extract this information from the blocks and save as fields with -write-vtk.
