redistributePar does not work in -decompose mode anymore

Any case: redistributePar -decompose

What is the current bug behaviour?

Hangs in fileHandler in cacheProcessor directories.

Looks good. Should changing distributed be mutable? Or is that asking for trouble?

In /mesh/parallel/filter, executing runParallel redistributePar -decompose -cellDist yields the following:
