ENH: runTime calculation of (dp/dt)^2

Enable calculation of (dp/dt)^2 as FO

empty type for the new field can give issues while reconstruction of patch types

Bugfix is on the way.

Function object is self-deactivating if the default ddtScheme is steady-state. When called via execFlowFunctionObjects it will produce 0 everywhere, since there is no oldTime properly loaded.
