OpenFOAM not available in RHEL9

It seems that the Packages (e.g. openfoam2212) are not available for RHEL9. The Folder at the following link has not the same content as the folder for RHEL8: https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/openfoam/openfoam/epel-9-x86_64/

Proposal

Please release the content for RHEL9 systems in the repository.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
