BUG: createExternalCoupledPatchGeometry don't find meshes in parallel run

The Utility createExternalCoupledPatchGeometry is not able to run in parallel. If one try to run it in parallel, it leads to the error: object of type N4Foam8OFstreamE is not allocated. So the Utility is unable to load the splitted mesh.

I will take a look at this.

Very small bug. I'll patch it while looking at the other bits, but here's a quick diff if you'd like to patch it by hand yourself instead of waiting.
