Precompiled packages openfoam2212-tutorials shows incorrect latest version for Ubuntu 20.04 focal

OS: Ubuntu 20.04 focal Version: OpenFOAM v2212

Precompiled packages (Ubuntu) openfoam2212-tutorials is not installed with apt-get install command because of the dependency problem.

The latest version of openfoam2212-tutorials is 2212.0~rc2-1 in Package. The version of other packages like openfoam2212-common is now version 2212.230110-1.

The repository for Ubuntu 22.04 jammy has no problem.
