Wrong literature reference in kOmega model

Hello, reference for kOmega model in kOmega.H does not correspond to the actual implementation,

it should read,

The model presented in cited pages of Wilcox book corresponds to modified kOmega

which is later improved in the same chapter of the book to manage low Reynolds effects by means of alpha* function.

We hope to contribute this modified kOmega model with optional Low Reynolds treatment soon.
