TUT: turbulentFlatPlate: the case of kEpsilon y+=10 fails

In the turbulentFlatPlate tutorial, the case of kEpsilon y+=10 demonstrates sensitivity (ie fpe) to adc38d55, which resolves a long-standing issue.

Since this change was needed, the epsilon settings in the tutorial will need to be adjusted.
