xcrun support for darwin (MacOS)

    Issue has been touched on before, but never handled since it would add even more complexity into the already mess wmake rules. However, since the introduction of WM_COMPILE_CONTROL we actually do have a fair bit more flexibility, which lets us add in xcrun support.
