Stray config files in the repository?

In the source code repository, there is directory https://develop.openfoam.com/Development/openfoam/-/tree/master/src/dynamicFvMesh/dynamicRefineBalancedFvMesh

which contains only config files and no code. Are these config files supposed to work or is it just a remnant of something that is gone? Is there another more modern balancing functionality for dynamicRefineFvMesh?

Looks like these config files are based on https://github.com/ElsevierSoftwareX/SOFTX_2018_143/tree/master

Thanks for reporting. Definitely something we want to pick up later but for now I've removed the files.
