Solid phase always moves when solving the solidification problem with icoReactingMultiphaseInterFoam V2206

I want to solve a droplet solidification problem with icoReactingMultiphaseInterFoam V2206, but the solid phase always moves instead of fixing to the cold wall. This is my example about a liquid at 960 K contacts a cold wall at 350 K. As shown in the figure, the bottom wall is the cold wall. the solid phase moves into the liquid phase instead of fixing to the wall. Can anybody tall me whats the problem?
