NBX - SHM fails in few decompositions

When using NBX tuning with following parameters

    nPollProcInterfaces -1;
    nbx.min         10000;
    nbx.tuning      0;
    pbufs.tuning    1;

motorBike tutorial fails with hierarchical 6x3x4 decomposition with error e.g.

[42] --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: (openfoam-2406)
