of2206: vectorCodedSource doesnot work. scalarCodedSource works well.

hi, I want to involve a momentum source to make water waves.

To do so, a file fvOptions is added to the constant folder. The type is vectorCodedSource.

The running fails in of2204 and newer openfoams. (scalarCodedSource works well with scalars.)

With the same fvOptions, a demo runs smoothly in of8. If the fvOptions is modified slightly, the demo in of12 also runs smoothly.

Attached are my fvOptions and logs. COULD you please help me find out a solution to this issue?
