surfaceFeatureExtract has no way to extract topological non-manifolds

Functionality to add/problem to solve

surfaceFeatureExtract always ignores coincident triangles when doing non-manifold extraction instead of marking any surface with edge-faces > 2.

Target audience

Surfaces with 'clean' triangulation.
