castellatedBufferLayer fail if buffer zone is false in other patch

Summary

In the case where two patch and castellatedBufferLayer is in use in the other patch causes fatal error --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: (openfoam-2412) Inconsistent sizes. samples:6490 search-radius:6316

Issue can be reproduce with the attached case.

The max-distance-to-nearest-surface was not updated with the new points on the outside of the buffer layer. Thanks for reporting.

Thank you for your fast response and efforts in developing the meshing capability. Now it seem to work.

There is a slight problem with the change - it changes the maximum search distance to find nearest surface. Before it was based on the undistorted edge length, now it is on the smoothed edge length. To be continued.
