castellatedBufferLayer fail if buffer zone is false in other patch
Summary
In the case where two patch and castellatedBufferLayer is in use in the other patch causes fatal error --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: (openfoam-2412) Inconsistent sizes. samples:6490 search-radius:6316
