Writing binary format is incorrect for pointMesh/boundary

Steps to reproduce:

• Take tutorial mesh/moveDynamicMesh/faceZoneBlock
• change controlDict, writeFormat binary
• Allrun fails for subsequent steps after surfaceMeshExtract
