lnInclude directory sometimes empty
Uncertain to the origins, but could be related to interrupted builds. As discussed (@andy) probably reasonable to use '-u' whenever there is an explicit use of wmakeLnInclude.

Additional: noticed that the shell wasn't being exited properly in combination with the Allwmake -log option. Now fixed that in the following commit. @internal
