minor spelling in scalarTransport.C

I am guessing that in scalarTransport.C (in OpenFOAM-v1612+/src/functionObjects/solvers/scalarTransport), the variable "limitedPhiAlpa" is supposed to be "limitedPhiAlpha" (i.e. "h" is missing), right!?
