refinements for lumped movement

• could add the current simulation time to the forces/moments file, to allow for movement that is time-dependent only (ie, ignores forces). Allowing the boundary condition to provide a forced movement only.

• may need additional handling of clamping at (0,0,0) - fixed, interpolate etc.
