BUG: surfaceRedistributePar with alternate decomposeparDict argument

It seems the application surfaceRedistributePar ignores any decomposeParDict other than the standard system/decomposeParDict.

It will probably work if the name is still decomposeParDict (but put in a different directory).

is it possible to extend the functionality similar to redistirbutePar or decomposePar etc? (which can support different name for decomposeParDict)

This appears to still be an issue, is there a technical limitation to getting this fixed?
