Improve tutorials

As discussed, need to have basic tutorials with petsc settings for a variety of OpenFOAM solvers/applications. Ideally would have a reference naming an existing OpenFOAM tutorial but provide petsc settings, and modify the controlDict to inject the required libs.

Something similar is done in the adios module, but not sure how much can be reused.
