ENH: use FOAM_MODULE_{PREFIX,LIBBIN} for defining locations

- now derived CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX from FOAM_MODULE_PREFIX since this
  improves consistency between the wmake rules and the cmake ones.

- defaults to user locations
