ENH: added install command to cmake script 

 - LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH is removed
 - CMAKE_LIBRARY_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY is used instead of LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH
 - CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is used as install destination
