ENH: forward edit of gcc version to foamConfigurePaths

- foamConfigurePaths (1812) now supports a -gcc option.
  Eg,
      foamConfigurePaths -gcc gcc-4.8.5

  This avoids fragile complier versioning that was previously
  hardcoded into the legacyCompile script.
