GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Building foamyHexMesh is now optional defaulting to not build

Set the environment variable "FOAMY_HEX_MESH" to build foamyHexMesh,
e.g. in ~/.OpenFOAM/dev/prefs.sh

FOAMY_HEX_MESH=yes
