BUG: foamToEnsight failed with epsilon field from applyBL

Attached case replicating the behavior with new applyBoundaryLayer code from 92ae4fbe

Should the fields be written only corresponding to turbulence model being used?

The conversion to ensight in ASCII format seem to work.

Probably limitation for larger values in binary format.

Also, these larger values seem to be applicable for most of LES models in plus version.

While using back-ported version of applyBL in OF231, it needs nuSgs (while creating turbulence pointer) and doesn't produce such high values.
