- enable 'faceZone' support.
- introduce 'cloudFunctionObjectTools' to simplify collection of particle info
  on patches or face zones.
- enable 'writeFile' support to better control file output.
- rename 'PatchParticleHistogram' as 'ParticleHistogram' for better clarity.
