BUG: fvMesh: handle cyclicACMI inside e.g. checkMesh 

fvMesh::readUpdate calls polyMesh::readUpdate which updates
the ACMI (including mesh areas etc). So we should not call
polyMesh::clearOut again inside fvMesh::readUpdate to avoid
having to re-do all the ACMI.
