ENH: IOobjectList improvements 

- add IOobjectList::count() methods

- lookupClass<Type>() to use types instead of class variables.

- additional helpers for parallel: allNames(), checkNames()

- provide filterClasses() and filterObjects(), prune_0() method
  forwarding to HashTable methods for easier access.
