ENH: update and document point/object hit methods 

- add point() as unchecked getter method.

- add hitPoint(.., label) convenience method for common combination of
  setHit() + setIndex(label) + setPoint(..)

GIT: remove unused headers, typedefs (point2DHit.H pointHitSort.H)
