GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. ENH: consistency improvements for interpolationTable, table readers

- avoid stealing autoPtr in interpolationTable copy operations

- improve local memory requirements of readers

- make OpenFOAM table reader default constructible

- more code alignment between csvTableReader and Function1::CSV
  (fix #1498 for csvTableReader as well)
